Become a Corporate Sponsor LandChoices is a fully recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. Your contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Every annual partner receives a link on our web site's Corporate Sponsors page for one year and is listed in our annual end of year issue of our newsletter to help you attract new customers. If your business becomes a sponsor at the $1,000 or up levels, we will write a press release announcing your investment in conservation and submit it to the media which will increase your company's visibility and help build local goodwill. Select the annual level of giving you feel is appropriate:
A 2007 survey of the shopping behaviors of US baby boomers (ages 44-62) by AARP and Focalyst found that 70% of respondentsan estimated 40 million boomersuse their purchasing power to buy environmentally safe brands. These "green boomers" are more demanding of quality in the products and services they buy, more attuned to advertising and more likely to exercise brand loyalty than other members of their generation, according to AARP and Focalyst. "We anticipate that as time goes on, more and more boomer shoppers will simply expect brands to be eco-friendly," said Heather Stern, director of marketing at Focalyst, in a statement. "Rather than this being a point of brand differentiation, it will be a price of entry." In a recent Cone/Roper Corporate Citizenship Survey on cause-related marketing, consumers demonstrated sponsorship's ability to influence what and where they buy.

It is easy for corporate sponsors to follow the advice of a great philanthropist: Corporate Matching Gifts Businesses may also match employee contributions. Some businesses enable employees to make contributions directly from their paychecks (pre-tax). Sponsor Future Publications Each time we print brochures and newsletters to tell people about our goals, we seek a corporate sponsor to cover the cost of printing and mailing. If your organization would be interested in being the sponsor for a future publication, please be in touch with us through email or phone. Thank you! |
