We help preserve land
LandChoices is one of the only national 501(c)3 non-profit organizations focused on educating landowners nationwide to help them protect the lands you cherish.

LandChoices was founded by Kirt Manecke to:

1. Help landowners preserve land.
Up to 90% of landowners are not aware of any other option besides selling land for development!

Our goal is to reach every landowner in America with land protection information to dramatically increase the amount of protected land nationwide.

2. Help landowners and heirs who need to sell their beloved family land. 85% to 90% of landowners plan to sell land for development. We educate them about conservation subdivisions.

3. Help communities preserve land with our new website at DownloadTheOrdinance.org. We are the only group educating communities nationwide on conservation subdivisions - a better way for every beautiful place in America slated for development.
