What We Do

We provide ways to preserve farmland and natural areas. LandChoices is an all volunteer, 501(c)3 national non-profit advocay organization.

We help landowners, planners, and camp councils preserve the natural areas, clean water, wildlife and working farms you cherish.

Conservation Subdivision Design
Thanks to the support of our members, we are the first and only organization working to take conservation subdivision design, which preserve an average of 62% of lands each time a property is developed, nationwide.
